<p>Think back to when you are in school and you had completed an assignment successfully. </p>
<p>Basic human resource training teaches us that we must recognize a worker&#8217;s accomplishments, but in today&#8217;s busy business world it isn&#8217;t difficult to let these achievements or the recognition of them fall by the wayside. Many offices or workplaces are too busy or short staffed to take time out to recognize an employee for a job well done.</p>
<p>There is also a controversy of cash. </p>
<p> Plaques are an excellent way to reward or recognize a good job. Give them out to commemorate or celebrate accomplishments, and in public recognize the event that guaranteed the plaque. However in a business environment, what some folks don&#8217;t think about, is that plaques and awards can be a truly powerful motivator for other workers. Plaques can foster a friendly competitive atmosphere that can lead to increased production and a higher quality of work.</p>
<p>The economy is down. Money is tight, and many firms are having a tough time meeting payroll, not to mention having the money on bonuses or parties for employees. This is a perfect opportunity to think about recognizing your workers difficult work plaque.</p>
